We ensures our merchant guaranteed delivery within 24 hours. We send SMS before the product is ready for dispatch. If Customer Does not respond, our call center executives informs the merchant rider is nearby customer’s location.
We currently operating delivery service most of the Sub area of the Dhaka and some outside Dhaka and we try to deliver within 48 hours Within this year we will start our operations all over Bangladesh.

We collect the product from the shipper/Merchant’s warehouse/location after requesting for pickup.
After confirming the pickup, rider receives the product from merchant’s location and safely bring the parcel to our hub.
As our delivery commitment we have handover parcel to the customer safe and swiftly on their desired time
